REFUND POLICY
As a perishable good, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
If an item has arrived faulty and needs to be returned, please contact contact@colourmychocolate.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
We are not liable for any loss of goods made by our couriers. In the off chance your product doesn't arrive, it may have been returned back to us if you entered the wrong details. We are not liable for incorrect address so please ensure you double check prior to checking out.
If your item is deemed defective or damaged and you are eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unopened.
To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase.
An item returned via express is the responsibility of the user and a partial refund of only the actual regular mail cost will be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then a store credit will be processed, within a certain amount of days. We do not refund we issue store credits.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Colour My Chocolate, Function Centre, 123 Pacific Highway, Coffs Harbour, NSW, 2450, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be added to your store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
